Dear Sir,

            The English Magazine 'THE ENGLISH RIDER' published by the English Club of Govt. Vocational Higher Secondary  School Paruthippally, Thiruvananthapuram  was released by the Honorable Shri. Biju Prabhakar IAS. This is the first English Magazine ever published by a Govt/Aided School in Kerala. In the releasing speech Shri. Biju exclaimed that it was amazing to see that a Govt. School has come forward with such a noble venture. This will surely bring fame to the General Education, Kerala.
